Ready for Veka?

I'm back with an update! In fact, I started to get complaints for not updating the blog. So just have to start posting again.
A lot has happened since I last published something. I've been home in the north celebrating Christmas and New Years Eve and a lot more. Now the new study semester is tagging along quite well. This semster I'm taking practicals in radio journalism and a course in photo journalism. Taking a course in photo journalism might get me dragging that DSLR camera along a bit more, resulting in more exciting photos on this blog.
I'm starting off with a photo from the release party of the student's festival here in Volda. The festival is called Veka, a norwegian word meaning week as the festival lasts for one week (+ one day). At the release party the set up with bands and other activities during the festival was made public by screening a video/animation (The set up can be found here) After the screening the band Bronco Busters held a concert. I went to the party with my camera. In the photo you see the entire band (three girls) and some of the audience this night at the student house Rokken.
Hmm... Wondering if I should try to bring the Picture A Week-project (PAW) back to life...
